Bravo 101: Postural Pairing

If I were working with the Bravo Press and Pull machines (No Lift or All in One), would these be the ideal postural pairings for improving general fitness -- 
Shoulder Press -- Lat Pulldown 
Chest Press -- High elbow Row 
Tricep Press -- Bicep Curl 
Mixed with an Arc Trainer,and some Abs work, would you consider this a fairly comprehensive "general fitness" workout? Thanks!
