With summer in full swing after the Fourth of July weekend, many of us are searching for workouts to help burn off those extra burgers, dogs and other treats from the BBQ's we attended. This week, we have a great Arc Trainer interval workout that will help get you back on track for the rest of the summer!
To start, make sure you have taken our Arc Trainer Baseline Workout to get your proper incline, resistance and stride measurements.
Once you have your baseline measurements, you can hop on the Arc Trainer and hit Quick Start. From there, follow the instructions below (repeating the steps 3 additional times during the workout) for a great 20 minute workout that will get the energy flowing!
