Hey all my Cybex friends! I am so pumped to be here & to be chatting with you all on a regular basis.

My name is Kasey Arena & I am a proud Certified Personal Trainer, Best-Selling Co-Author of BODYpeace, Online Training Coach, Corporate Fitness Professional, Under Armour Brand Ambassador, IDEA Fitness Inspired Advisor & graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Physical Education.

I am a fitness, health, balance, and food enthusiast as well as the creator and voice behind the POWERCAKES.net blog, which is a term given to my mom’s “protein pancakes” she would make us on Sunday mornings to fuel up for soccer games!

Through my background of overcoming years of under-eating & over-exercising, I have found a great passion and enthusiasm for teaching clients to truly fuel their bodies & find their inner athlete by training instead of just working out.

I truly pride myself on TEACHING & inspiring others to find their own balance in life through fitness & food. My personal motto is "be true to you" and I truly believe that you can live an abundant life in all areas as long as you stay true to yourself.
