Bravo Bent Row
The Bravo bent row focuses on the muscles of the shoulder, arms, and back – specifically the biceps, rear delt, and lats. To perform
- Set the Bravo pulleys low and pointing toward the inside.
- Bend forward slightly, grasp the handles.
- Pull your elbows straight back to a point in space behind you.
Pulling the handles toward your shoulders is an alternative that will put more emphasis on the biceps and less on the rear delts.
