The Bravo bent row focuses on the muscles of the shoulder, arms, and back – specifically the biceps, rear delt, and lats. To perform

  1. Set the Bravo pulleys low and pointing toward the inside.
  2. Bend forward slightly, grasp the handles.
  3. Pull your elbows straight back to a point in space behind you.

Pulling the handles toward your shoulders is an alternative that will put more emphasis on the biceps and less on the rear delts.
