 Bravo Biceps Curl

Bravo Biceps Curl

The Bravo biceps curl targets… you guessed it, the biceps.

  1. Start by setting the pulley low with your hand by your side.
  2. Grasp the handle and pull up on the cable, bringing your hand to your shoulder.

To incorporate a different challenge, consider moving closer to, or farther from the origin of the cable. This will change the direction of applied force, and thus, the difficulty of the exercise.

The Bravo Biceps Curl is perfect to add to any chest day routines.
