Bravo Biceps Curl
The Bravo biceps curl targets… you guessed it, the biceps.
- Start by setting the pulley low with your hand by your side.
- Grasp the handle and pull up on the cable, bringing your hand to your shoulder.
To incorporate a different challenge, consider moving closer to, or farther from the origin of the cable. This will change the direction of applied force, and thus, the difficulty of the exercise.
