Bravo Rollout Plank

For a plank challenge unlike any other, try the Bravo Rollout Plank.

  1. Set the stability pad at your butt, and set the pulleys high and to the inside above your shoulders.
  2. Grasp the pulleys above your head and push forward until your arms are straight in front of you.
  3. Slowly raise your hands to a point in space directly above your shoulders.

To progress, increase the weight or duration of the exercise.
