Bravo Rollout Plank
For a plank challenge unlike any other, try the Bravo Rollout Plank.
- Set the stability pad at your butt, and set the pulleys high and to the inside above your shoulders.
- Grasp the pulleys above your head and push forward until your arms are straight in front of you.
- Slowly raise your hands to a point in space directly above your shoulders.
To progress, increase the weight or duration of the exercise.
