Bravo Upright Row
The upright row targets the muscles of the shoulder, specifically the back of the shoulder, and the biceps.
- Start with the Bravo cables low and close to the ground.
- Stand upright with your hands right in front of you and pull the handles to your armpits.
To shift demand away from the biceps and toward the shoulder muscles, don't pull the handles to your armpits, but pull so your hands are wider than your shoulders at the end of the motion.
Use the Bravo Upright Row in our Shoulder Press in our workout to enhance your shoulder/back program.
