Dumbbell Sit-Up to Press
The Dumbbell Sit-up to Press engages the abdominals to a greater degree than a traditional sit-up. You will need a weight or medicine ball for this activity.
- Lying on your back, place your feet in the air with your knees bent.
- Pick a point in space above you to push the weight to while your mid to lower back lifts from the ground.
- Slowly return to the start and repeat.
