Here is a playlist with some current hits that will help you power through your workouts to finish off 2015 and get a jump on your 2016 resolutions.
Over the years I’ve put together dozens of playlists for different workouts and events. I always enjoy seeing the athletes get a little extra hop in their step when a certain song or beat came over the sound system, and I feel the same way when I am in the gym.
Right about now, in the middle of December, as we're deep into Christmas shopping, holiday parties, and winter comfort food, any additional motivation that I can get to keep me in the gym is needed. For me, this motivation comes from my playlist. These are a few of the songs on some of my current workout lists, as well as some songs that others have mentioned they have on their lists. Hopefully some of them will do the trick and give you an extra jolt of energy as you try to keep disciplined through the holidays and get a jump on your 2016 resolutions.
