Use this workout to maintain the size and strength that you have built in your shoulders through previous workouts. With the Cybex Bravo and a set of dumbbells, we'll show you how to work the muscles you've developed so all of that work doesn't go to waste and you continue to reach your fitness goals as part of being #FitIn15.

Train to maintain
These exercises are designed to enhance your normal shoulder/back program by adding specific warm-up and cool-downs. They can be used in any of the upper body workouts as warm-ups and/or finishers.
With the super shoulders finisher, perform one set if you already targeted shoulders that session. Perform up to three sets if you are looking to add some additional shoulder/back work during a day where your workout was primarily chest-based.
This is the fourth and final workout in the size & strength series, meaning it will also be the most challenging. Be sure to have mastered the movements in the previous three programs before moving on to this one to ensure that a comfort level with the exercises you will be performing.
