The Cybex Workout Centre is an online resource which provides fitness plans that are separated into four targeted fitness goals: losing weight, improving your running, building strength and working on size and shape.
Within each of these fitness categories are a series of free workouts which are designed to improve a specific movement or exercise, with the required equipment and time needed to complete it included.
The workout is then separated into blocks, along with the number of repetitions for each exercise and the length of the rest period between each one. Each workout can also be downloaded as a PDF file so you can easily print it off and take it to the gym with you.
One of the most popular parts of the Workout Centre is the Running section, which helps runners identify problems with their stride and technique to help them beat their best times, whether it’s for a sprint or a marathon.
