In culmination of months of planning and preparation, the CYBEX team arrived at the NEC last month for what was a very busy three days at Leisure Industry Week.
Once again, the CYBEX stand was located directly opposite the main visitor's entrance to the show, where CYBEX launched the brand new 770 and 625 cardiovascular series', as well as the innovative E3 view, the company’s most advanced entertainment console, to the UK market.

As the largest UK trade show in the CYBEX events calendar, Leisure Industry Week 2012 provided the platform for CYBEX to launch new products to the UK market and demonstrate a comprehensive range of premium cardiovascular and strength training equipment to the thousands of fitness industry professionals that attended throughout the three days.
CYBEX ran eight demonstrations each day, focusing on the Big Iron, the Bravo series and the innovative Arc Trainer. The comprehensive demo schedule was incorporated following the positive feedback from last year’s show, and is something that Julia Dalgleish, CYBEX UK master trainer, believes is a fantastic way of showcasing the equipment: “It is really important that we put across what makes CYBEX equipment so unique; the demos allow us to explain both the theory and the practical reasoning behind the design, emphasising the importance of the company’s background in sports medicine and rehabilitation.”

Commenting on the show, Rob Thurston, CYBEX UK’s commercial director, said: “LIW is a really important event in our calendar and we always work very hard to ensure we maximise our presence at the show.
“It was great to catch up with existing clients and engage with many potential new customers, whilst also using the event as a means to securing a number of new agreements.”
